PUBG: PC Update #9 mit Killer Spectating Mode & Bugfixes

Mit Update #9 für die PC-Final von „PUBG“ kommt neben diversen Fehlerkorrekturen auch ein neuer Killer Spectating Mode. Dieser erlaubt euch den Spielern zu folgen, die euch auf dem Schlachtfeld ausgeschaltet haben. Im Duo und Squad funktioniert dies allerdings erst dann, wenn das gesamte Team nicht mehr lebt. Außerdem könnt ihr darüber auch Cheater melden. Wie immer wird die Aktualisierung zuerst auf den Testservern bereitgestellt, bevor sie dann für das Live Built verfügbar ist.

Spectating Your Killer

1. Players can now spectate their killer by clicking the “watch” button on their match result screen
2. Solo killer spectating
   • If you get killed by the Blue Zone, the Red Zone or from falling, you can spectate the nearest player from your death location
   • When the player you were spectating dies, you can continue spectating the killer of that player
   • If the player you were spectating gets disconnected, you can continue spectating their killer
3. Duo / Squad killer spectating
   • Same as above but can only spectate the enemy team after all your team members are dead
4. You can report a player you are spectating in Killer Spectate mode by pressing R
5. If you click Death Cam, you won’t be able to use the Killer Spectate mode

UI/UX

The default setting for voice chat changed to “Team Only”

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed a bug where vehicles suddenly flip, go flying or come back to the starting point while driving
2. Fixed a bug where the IGN of your killer was not shown when viewing Death Cam
3. Adjusted the rotation axis for the preview model in customization menu for better usability

Bluehole wird den Release Termin für die Live Server in Kürze bekannt geben. Da PUBG mittlerweile auch für die Xbox One erhältlich ist, dürfte diese Neuerung im Laufe der Zeit auch ihren Weg in die Game Preview Version finden. Doch hier werden sicherlich noch einige Updates dazwischen liegen.
